I'm an advanced teacher of therapeutic yoga based in Nyack, NY. After nearly a decade of practicing yoga, I experienced firsthand how intentional practices can support the body, mind, and spirit; especially during times of change and growth. My work is rooted in therapeutic yoga, with an emphasis on meeting people where they are.
